The Magalloway River is a 30-mile (48 km) long river in the U.S. states of Maine and New Hampshire. It rises in northwestern Maine near the Quebec border and flows south through forested areas, past Parmachenee Lake and Aziscohos Lake. Below the Aziscohos Dam, it offers rapids for whitewater activities and finally empties into the Androscoggin River at Umbagog Lake. The river is known for its abundant wildlife, including moose and bald eagles, as well as world-class fishing, particularly for brown trout and salmon.
